我們正在尋找一位富有創(chuàng)造力、思維清晰且執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)的設(shè)計(jì)師加入我們的設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)。您將深度參與項(xiàng)目的前期概念策劃與方案設(shè)計(jì)核心環(huán)節(jié)，負(fù)責(zé)將設(shè)計(jì)理念轉(zhuǎn)化為可落地的設(shè)計(jì)方案，并通過(guò)專業(yè)的視覺(jué)語(yǔ)言進(jìn)行表達(dá)與匯報(bào)，推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目順利推進(jìn)。
任職資格（必須滿足）：
1. 專業(yè)背景：
? 設(shè)計(jì)類相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
? 優(yōu)先考慮室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)、環(huán)境藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)、平面設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專業(yè)方向。
2. 軟件技能：
? 精通 AutoCAD、天正建筑（TArch）、Photoshop、InDesign、SketchUp 等主流設(shè)計(jì)軟件；
? 能獨(dú)立完成方案圖紙繪制、三維建模、效果圖表現(xiàn)及方案文本排版等工作。
3. 審美與設(shè)計(jì)能力：
? 具備扎實(shí)的美術(shù)功底、出色的色彩感知與敏銳的審美能力；
? 能準(zhǔn)確理解項(xiàng)目需求與設(shè)計(jì)意圖，將其轉(zhuǎn)化為兼具視覺(jué)吸引力與邏輯嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)性的設(shè)計(jì)方案；
? 擁有優(yōu)秀的創(chuàng)意構(gòu)思能力、空間想象力與形式美感。
4. 溝通與表達(dá)能力：
? 具備出色的口頭與書(shū)面表達(dá)能力，能夠清晰、專業(yè)地闡述設(shè)計(jì)思路；
? 擁有良好的方案匯報(bào)能力，能自信從容地面向客戶或團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行展示與溝通。
5. 團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作：
? 具備強(qiáng)烈的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)，能高效配合設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)及其他團(tuán)隊(duì)成員完成項(xiàng)目任務(wù)；
? 在團(tuán)隊(duì)中積極主動(dòng)，樂(lè)于分享，具備良好的協(xié)作精神與責(zé)任心。

史健，首席建筑師，高級(jí)建筑師，國(guó)家一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師，主要代表作：美林花園，朗琴園，山水文園，本家潤(rùn)園，卡布其諾社區(qū)，德源花園公寓，蘋(píng)果社區(qū)等。
耿煒，總建筑師，高級(jí)建筑師，國(guó)家一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師，主要代表作：孟加拉國(guó)際會(huì)議中心，萬(wàn)亨國(guó)際大廈，蘋(píng)果社區(qū)等。
程大鵬，總建筑師，高級(jí)建筑師，國(guó)家一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師，主要代表作：國(guó)家體育主管部門(mén)辦公樓，體育大學(xué)教學(xué)樓，國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略基金會(huì)辦公樓，蘋(píng)果社區(qū)等。

Founded in 1993, Beijing Epoch Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd. is a design enterprise of Class I approved by the State Ministry of Construction.
